The less you experience mental chaos, discomfort or physical pain, the higher your level of harmony.

Different ways to use the music and video on a daily basis:
• Use it as a background music or video. Positive changes take place in the subconscious mind, meanwhile transforming and cleansing the energies. Find
some time when you can be on your own, make yourself comfortable, relax, close
your eyes and express gratitude to the Creator, yourself or life for all the
blessings you have in your life. Spend some time in the gratitude. For example,
say ‘Thank you, Creator, for this great moment!’, or ‘Thank you, Life, for the
development opportunities!’ The time for expressing gratitude is not limited.
Find at least five things you are grateful for and linger in that state as long
as possible. Then listen to the music or watch the video in a relaxed
atmosphere by setting the volume to a comfortable level.

Find
some time when you can be on your own, make yourself comfortable, relax and
smile to yourself. Let your face smile – lovingly and kindly. Be fully focused
on forming this smile in your face. Linger for a while in your smiling face.
Then create a smile in your chest. Let your face and chest smile at the same
time! Stay for a while only in your smiling face and chest. Then create a smile
in your stomach. Let your face, chest and stomach smile at the same time! Stay
only within this smile! The time of this meditation technique is not limited,
however, it is advisable to practice it for at least 5 minutes. Then listen to
the music or watch the video in a relaxed atmosphere by setting the volume to a
comfortable level. While listening to the music:

Repeat
in your mind a mantra, which is appropriate for that particular moment. Choose
a mantra that helps you to create positive feelings and inspiration. Repeating
a mantra would switch the conventional, negative thoughts off your mind and
direct you towards the necessary processes. For example, choose a mantra for
developing faith, courage and confidence, e.g. “Let it flow into my life what I
really need!” or a mantra for better harmony “I accept life as it is. I choose
kindness and love!”. These mantras are simple, positive and very powerful. The
time of this meditation technique is not limited, however, listen to your own
sensations.

Focus
all your attention on one chosen thing or flower in your surroundings and do
not make any judgements. Try to slow down your thoughts and focus your
awareness on the selected item. If the thoughts keep coming up, deliberately
stay focused. That way you can train your conscious mind to get used to
disciplining your thoughts because only disciplined thought may be accurately
directed to creating the desirable processes in life. Everything we feel and
think comes true – that is the law of the Universe! The time of this
meditation technique is not limited.

Imagine
you revisit some nice place in the nature, preferably on your own, where you
have felt in harmony. Recall your memories what you saw, heard or felt. Focus
your conscious mind only on the positive sensations and do not rush your
thoughts. The time of this meditation technique is not limited, however, listen
to your own sensations.
