       Repeat in your mind a mantra, which is appropriate for that particular moment. Choose a mantra that helps you to create positive feelings and inspiration. For example, choose a mantra for developing faith, courage and confidence, e.g. “Let it flow into my life what I really need!” or a mantra for better harmony “I accept life as it is. I choose kindness and love!”. These mantras are simple, positive and very powerful. The time of this meditation technique is not limited, however, listen to your own sensations.

       Focus all your attention on one chosen thing or flower in your surroundings and do not make any judgements. Try to slow down your thoughts and focus your awareness on the selected item. If the thoughts keep coming up, deliberately stay focused. That way you can train your conscious mind to get used to disciplining your thoughts because only disciplined thought may be accurately directed to creating the desirable processes in life. Everything we feel and think comes true – that is the law of the Universe! The time of this meditation technique is not limited.

       Imagine you revisit some nice place in the nature, preferably on your own, where you have felt in harmony. Recall your memories what you saw, heard or felt. Focus your conscious mind only on the positive sensations and do not rush your thoughts. The time of this meditation technique is not limited, however, listen to your own sensations.
